The midnight delivery

Between checkout and doorbell, the new roommate rides in a cardboard crate of its own. The journey, stop by stop:

  1. Checkout

    Your order lands with Amazon — every purchase of ours happens on their storefront, so their warehouse, their carriers and their tracking take it from here. We wave from the porch.

  2. The warehouse night shift

    In-stock buddies are typically Prime-eligible: two days or faster for Prime households, with each option’s real date printed under the buy box before you pay a cent.

  3. In transit

    Your Orders tracks every hop, and the app pings at out-for-delivery. Veterans order before the puppy arrives — the buddy should be waiting in the crate, not chasing the puppy through the mail.

  4. On the porch

    Open the box before bedtime: the module wants three AAA batteries and a small screwdriver for its cover before it can take the first night shift.

  5. If a shelf sleeps

    We sew in small batches — the Elephant Mat, Soother Blanket and Warm Packs nap between restocks. The save-for-later list is the wake-up call.
